MGK-1432 Ultra-Precision CNC Grinder
One Grinder for OD, ID, Face and Non-Round Precision Work
The MGK-1432 combines hydrostatic work and wheel spindles, a granite bed and closed-loop linear drives in a compact ultra-precision platform.
The MGK-1432 is an ultra-precision CNC grinder for complex parts that need external cylindrical, internal bore, end-face and non-circular contour grinding in a single setup. It is used in aerospace, precision measuring tools and cutting tools, automotive engines and high-end machine-tool component manufacturing. The hydrostatic work spindle and follow-type hydrostatic tailstock keep runout within 0.3 μm, while a natural granite bed holds straightness within 2 μm over the full length. A torque-motor direct-drive rotary table switches between internal and external grinding heads, and the X-axis linear motor with precision linear scale delivers sub-micron full closed-loop feeds.

Six capabilities that make the MGK-1432 a complete ultra-precision grinding solution.
Hydrostatic Work Spindle
A torque-motor-driven hydrostatic work spindle with a rear-mounted high-resolution rotary encoder delivers ≤0.3 μm runout and precise position/speed control.
Follow-Type Hydrostatic Tailstock
The tailstock uses a follow-type hydrostatic tailstock spindle to match the headstock accuracy and support slender precision shafts.
Natural Granite Bed
A machined and hand-scraped natural granite bed provides thermal stability and straightness within 2 μm over the full length. A cast-iron bed is optional.
Hydrostatic Wheel Spindle
The external grinding wheel spindle is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor through a hydrostatic bearing for high torque and rotational accuracy.
Direct-Drive Rotary Table
A torque-motor direct-drive rotary table positions the internal and external grinding heads without backlash, supporting OD, ID and face grinding on one machine.
Closed-Loop Sub-Micron Feed
The X-axis uses roller guideways with damping blocks, a precision linear scale and a linear motor — or optional high-precision ball screw — for full closed-loop sub-micron positioning.
Why Choose the MGK-1432
An ultra-precision grinder reduces finishing passes and inspection rework on parts that demand micron-level geometry.
Sub-Micron Spindle Runout
Work spindle and internal wheel spindle locating-journal runout is 0.0003 mm; axial float is 0.0005–0.001 mm, giving a stable grinding baseline.
Multi-Process in One Setup
External cylinder, internal bore, end face and non-circular contours are ground without transferring the part between machines.
Thermally Stable Foundation
The natural granite bed damps vibration and resists thermal drift, maintaining straightness within 2 μm over the full travel.
Aerospace & Automotive Ready
Designed for the accuracy and repeatability required by aerospace components, automotive engine parts, precision cutting tools and measuring instruments.
Flexible Drive Options
Choose a linear motor for the highest dynamic response, or a high-precision ball screw where preferred for your maintenance environment.
Compact 1500 mm Platform
A 1500 mm between-centers distance and 250 mm center height fit a wide range of precision shafts, sleeves and tooling without a large footprint.
